Annual Reports

Our experience of working with not for profit organisations goes back over twenty years giving us intuition we can add to your own understanding of the role of branding for NFP’s. We can provide all methods of communication, from websites, digital marketing, to printed materials including a very important communication, your annual report. This is one of the biggest brand touch points with your stakeholders and potential collaborators.

Here are three ways of approaching an annual report.

4Walls – 3 in 1   The client wanted to relay the benefit they provide to the community at a glance. The priority was to reflect the numbers of houses occupied by different family groups. The graphics depict a landscape, not a mathematical equation. We created an infographic style that distinguished their brand and the scale of their achievement. The infograhics show the relationship of three sets of statistics flowed into one linear reference point. Not three stand alone graphs that have no relativity.

Playgroup Queensland – 3 D    Again the remit was to provide financial information but not with the usual circles and bars synonymous with this kind of publication. This was a spin off from seeing the 4Walls example two years later.

We added a third dimension by using perspective in the diagrams and shallow fields of focus in the images. The cerealism you get when you reflect on childhood memories that will always stay with you.

Childrens Hospital Fund – 0 frills    The CHF report uses poignant photography that speaks for itself so the layout is simple to let the images shine. A very important skill with creativity is when to stop.

The above company has undertaken a variety of work for the Children and Young People’s Strategic Partnership in Coventry. They have advised, recommended, designed and completed many projects in a variety of formats that has allowed our work to become more enhanced. All of the work from initial discussion to completed format has been carried out in a highly professional way with all deadlines met without exception. When a problem has occurred they have worked hard with us to ensure that a satisfactory solution has been found. We have found that this company offers extremely good value for money in all aspects of the projects that have completed for us and we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone as a potential design company that offers good service.
